branch for huggingface spaces

added simple sentence chunking by estimating number of tokens

changed short/long summaries are displayed + using tomllib now

condensed the scraper into the main app file. change api keys config to use toml. clean up of aws files as will no longer be deploying there

rename files. added prelims for deployment on aws (pending permission fix)
