removed the hotfix pip installs that whisperx requires now that whisperx is gone

maybe don't --force-reinstall to try and force downgrading, it just forces everything to uninstall then reinstall

make dependencies after the one in this repo force reinstall to downgrade, i hope, I hav eother things to do than validate this works

while I'm breaking things, migrating dependencies to modules folder for tidiness

forgot to reorder the dependency install because whisperx needs to be installed before DLAS

added button to just load a training set's loss information, added installing broncotc/bitsandbytes-rocm when running setup-rocm.sh

removed the logic to toggle BNB capabilities, since I guess I can't do that from outside the module

explicitly use python3 because some OSs will not have python alias to python3, allow batch size 1

I forgot submodules existed

changed setup scripts to just clone mrq/tortoise-tts and install locally, instead of relying on pip's garbage git-integrations
