I have two ripe bananas and I really want to make some sort of fudgy peanut buttery dessert with these. I'm going to mash them. They weren't like brown and rotten bananas, so they're not that soft, they're mushy enough to bake with. I'm going to take some peanut butter. This one has solidified a lot in the fridge, so I'm going to nuke it. I'm going to take a half cup of this. It's so solidified, no idea what happened. While the peanut butter is melting, I'm going to add in a quarter cup of maple syrup. One minute later, it's definitely nice and mushy and soft, so I'm going to add that to my bananas. It smells so good already. I'm going to add in a dash of vanilla, maybe like a teaspoon or two. I'm not adding any fat to these because the peanut butter is our fat source. Now I'm going to take half a cup of cocoa powder, like a quarter teaspoon of salt, teaspoon and a half of baking powder, and a half teaspoon of baking soda, and that's it. No flour goes into these brownies at all. That's what's going to leave them with such a fudgy texture. I'm going to give this a mix. I have a very thick batter. I bet you can turn these into cookies. I want very thick, fudgy bars, so I'm going to use a loaf tin. I was going to use a baking pan, but I think it would be too flat. I'm going to scoop this in here. The batter looks beautiful. It's very light and airy, considering what's in it. It has a really nice texture. I'm just going to flatten it out. Okay, that looks amazing. It smells so, so good. I'm going to plop these into the oven at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. I do not want to dry them out, so I'll be back. I'm going to make a little bit of a ganache. I'm going to take some dark chocolate and melt it down with some coconut oil, because I want a layer of icing on top, I guess, but not traditional icing. I love this one a lot. I've made it many times before to put on banana doughnuts. The fumes of the peanut butter and the banana are coming into the kitchen, and it smells so good. Just a little bit of coconut oil. Okay, it just came out of the oven. 20 minutes, I think, was perfect, but I think I could have done two less to make it a little bit more moist, so 18, I think, is the golden number. I melted this in 30-second increments three times, so a minute and a half, and it was perfect. It's a lot of chocolate. I'm just going to pour it over top. Oh, that looks so good. Wow. You need to see this up close. I'm just going to let it do its own thing. It actually looks beautiful. The fact that I don't have to spread it out, I feel like it makes it look even nicer and cleaner and sleek. I'm going to let this cool for a few hours, and I'll be back to cut into it. It is time. It's dried beautifully. It smells like peanut butter chocolate heaven. I just broke it. We're going to look past that. I also did sprinkle some Celtic salt on top that I forgot to show you. That is beautiful. It's everything. The texture of these, look how fudgy that is. If I didn't know any better, I'd think this is like a brownie treat for how good it looks. I've got to get some sort of props for coming up with these healthy desserts, because these don't even look a little bit healthy. They look far from it. Sneaky bite of the corner, because that's the best. I thought I overcooked them. 20 minutes. A charm. A charm. Oh, yeah. That's the end game. Holy crap. If you like chocolate and peanut butter, you're going to love this. You can't even taste the bananas. It's just there for the baking aspect. It makes it nice and gooey. I'm going to let this cool for a few hours, and I'll be back to cut into it. I'm going to let this cool for a few hours, and I'll be back to cut into it. Oh, my God. And make sure you put some sort of salt on top, because the contrast is so good. But this would be really good, too, with like a jam preserves on top and swirled in. This is so like dark and rich dark chocolate. It had something fruity and sweet in it. Ooh! It would be even better. Okay. Well, you have it. You're welcome. That's all I have to say. You are welcome. Okay, bye.

Okay, bye.
