Nowadays, travelling by plane is very popular.
It is also a fast way to get from one country to
another, in just a couple of hours.
I don't think that airlines should make airplane
seats smaller and stop offering in-flight services
in order to lower prices. There are plenty of reasons
I disagree with that statement. First of all, airplane
seats are already small enough, so it would
get very uncomfortable if they got any smaller.
The person sitting in that seat would not have
enough space and that would make his/her flight
very uncomfortable. Another reason I disagree with the
above statement, is that some flights are longer than
others and I don't think it would be a good idea
to stop offering meals, as someone could easily get
hungry in a long flight like six or more hours.
Entertainment also shouldn't stop being offered, as the
passengers must do something to spend their time with until
they reach their destination, like watch a film or listen
to music.
In my opinion, I think that airlines should lower
ticket prices, but I don't think that making the
seats smaller and stop offering in-flight services
is a solution.
