Change examples a bit

uploading a locally pre-cached examples folder breakes it. Creating one during build time breaks it. So the examples are not cached anymore.

lets try with uploading a precomputed gradio_cached_examples folder again

smaller examples, upscale/precache on huggingface itself

Update with pre-cached examples since full RRDBNet models take such a long time to run

Add input examples which will be cached
