trying out pulling in CLIP

I think you have to return something that's json serializable. I needed to convert the np array to list

tags and lib name are indeed needed

remove tags, add lib name

fix typo in pipeline and remove library in readme

make the pipeline conform to types

remove config and add metadata to readme

added bs clip model to config

added blank config

add custom pipeline
