Change the loading of the OpenAI flow to remote.

Add LC_code and make everything run again.

Add an abstract CodeTesting Flow and working CF_CodeTesting Flow.

Update variable name.

Bring CF flows up-to-date with library.

Add all CF flow modulo the ones that require debugging.
