Glados quick instructions;
Run the first raw wav with settings: Formant Shift 5, Transpose 10, Clustering 0.9
And in audacity duplicate the file under the first generated one, edit it by change pitch (-0.35 semitones, -2.0 percent), change tempo (0.111), lower volume Gain -13.0 dB.

This will require more fiddling around the advanced audio editing elements.
