Updates from latest commit, looks like good fixes

Added CLIPVisionModelWithProjection import

Added image_encoder to init

make requires_safety_checker a kwarg instead of a positional argument as it's more future-proof

Fixed using with peft loaded with if USE_PEFT_BACKEND
