Access issues via Meta website and HF

Hello All,
I hope I can find somebody that can help me : )
My HF request to access the model has been in a status of 'Waiting for approval' for 12 days now. I have tried to request access on the meta website before placing my HF request but I got the following error:
Getting in touch with llama developers by opening an issue on their github page feels a bit of an overkill so opening this thread to try to get some ideas on my best next step to attempt to get this resolved/get more information as to why access would not be granted to me.
