Support 2.1 in Taiwan LLM ChatUI

I see Taiwan LLM ChatUI supports only 13B v2.0 and 7B v2.01. Wish to try 7B v2.1 out. Thanks in advance for your hard working.
Will bump 7b model to v2.1 once I fully test and eval it.
V2.1 is based on mistral and therefore suffered lots of loss spike during training… (other mistral developers also reported the same problem
surprisingly, v2.1 is on par with v2.0.1 lol
