Hi,
Thanks for making this server. Because it explicitly allows for fixed residues I have been getting more use out of this than the github notebooks.
Would it be possible to expose the omit_AA argument as well?

I have cloned this space and added a GUI option for omitting amino acids. Feel free to pull this commit if you like.
