Like. You can't just randomly CC-BY-NC something with a different, non-public domain/open source license. Like that's just not remotely how licensing works at all. Like c'mon please at least try not to get sued
Hi, I don't think there's a problem with the model license, I've followed all the compliance, including specifying the Llama 3 license in the naming convention meta.
However, as you mentioned, we have applied the CC-BY-NC-4.0 license on top of the Llama 3 license by Meta, so we will write a more detailed description of this in the model card.
