Licensing? Commercial use?

I'm curious how the licensing works for this model considering that Alpaca had a non-commercial license.

@xjdeng it seems to me that, given that the underlying Alpaca dataset does not allow commercial use, it is the same here. But maybe asking a lawyer would be a good idea to be completely sure!
