Getting Rate limit reached message

We are getting below error while accessing Mistral AI through hugging face API today, we didn't receive this message last week.
How many request I can send per hour for free account? Do we have any document for limit usage?

Too Many Requests for url: https://api-inference.huggingface.co/models/mistralai/Mistral-7B-Instruct-v0.2 (Request ID: bCXXqjw50Xztz6oiEVtJR)

I got the same error. It worked for two API requests and then the same error appeared.
