Difference between v0.2 and v0.4?

I noticed that v0.2 used a simplified version of ChatML and v0.4 used the original ChatML, are there further differences?
Mostly the differences are dataset mix. I didn't really publicize the release of this one yet, because it had some issues and I'm likely going to redo it (and probably without the chatml tokens because it's causing problems).
