How did you construct homogeneous batch if there is not enough sample to make single batch?

Hi! I am really impressed by your research and trying to reproduce your experiment detail.
I am wondering how did you constructed a single batch if there is not enough sample.
For example, Some languages in MIRACL or Mr.TyDi don't have enough samples to make a single batch!
How did you deal with the problems like this?
