Using bert-multilingual as a cross-lingual re-ranker

We need a model that can re-rank text pairs in different languages. Does this model have this capability? for example, we need it to re-rank ["women red shoes", "kirmizi ayakkabi"], which the second part is "Red shoe" in Turkish language.
