What is this Tiny Random model?

Hi, I am just curious, what is this model information?
It is a small version of a Mistral text-generation model (fewer layers and lower dimensionality) with randomly initialized weights, used for unit testing. See https://huggingface.co/hf-internal-testing/ for more examples of these.
