We are using the model to send emails and add user information that is provided in the user prompt, however the prompt responds with generic placeholder information e.g. info@example.com. Can you provide some guidance on how to ensure the request responds with the provided user information.

Howdy, are you saying that when the model calls a function, the json contains a generic email address, and not the one you require?
Can you share the function metadata? i.e. the function definition you input in your prompt?
