Better readme. (Provide more information on the parameters of the model)

Since the repo is not open, its better to update the readme so that it provides enough information to start running the function_call methods, and their different parameters. It will also be better if example prompts were provided.
Howdy, this repo is public/open, and there is a sample prompt provided on the card.
BTW, the llama 3 version is also now public/open for the 8B model. See here.
