Is this inference Endpoint down permanently, or is it under maintenance?

Down for me too. For huggingchat I've been using c4ai. Hope this is fixed though.
Has it been converted to a paid model?
I like this model; it would be bad news for us if it were converted into a paid model.
I can't find any information on its status but, agreed.
Does anyone notice a difference since it returned? My instances seem changed.
