Base model for training ColPaliDuo.

The PaliGemma weights are loaded from [`google/paligemma-3b-mix-448`](https://huggingface.co/google/paligemma-3b-mix-448). The remaining weights - i.e. the weights related to the linear projectors - were randomly initalized.
