Extract 1 (stress and students)

 

Two main problem that famous people has are that they have crazy fans and photographers follow them. The first problem is privacy about their life. This is because crazy fans wants to obtain all information from their favourite famous person. In addition, photographers may follow famous people and takes photos in many priveat situation. For instance, when they go to a restaurant, a photographer can take a photo and sell it.

 

Extract 2 (stress and the workplace)

 

First of all, work today is more demanding than it used to be because of the development of science and technology. This development affects all the areas of our lives, especially in the requirements of employers who are demanding greater flexibility from their employees. For instance, university graduates have to master English, computers and other skills if they want to secure decent jobs. They must continually spend more time acquiring new techniques and skills in order that they progress in the workplace.

 

Useful Tips

  • Range and Accuracy

    You can improve your range of grammatical structures by reading widely in English. This will help you to become familiar with the form and meaning of different structures so that you can use them accurately in your writing.

  • Check for Common Errors

    As you prepare, get into the habit of checking your writing for common errors. For example, check that every sentence has an independent clause and look for errors in subject-verb agreement.
