How can I stop my habit of language hesitation?

  3. My strength is that I can comprehend what’s required from me but my weakness is that I usual pace of speaking is a bit fast compared to others which makes the other person think I am nervous when I am not.

    1. My strength is that I can analyze and form an answer in any question quickly, however, my mouth doesn’t cooperate with my mind and I would end up not answering
