| Mr. Hariprasad Bantwal joined our company on the above date. A separate interim reference provides | |

| Mr. Bantwal works in the Swiss Cash Settlements IT Functional Architecture area of the Chief Operating | |
| Officer corporate function. As an Application Architect & Developer, he is primarily responsible for the | |
| following tasks: | |
| • Developing sustainable design solutions and implementing the core of Phoenix Il Strategic | |
| Confirmation Platform which is consistently delivering a high-quality in time with excellent production | |
| stability from its inception, while collaborating with 15 team members over 5 years | |
| • Coordinating and delivering complex analysis, design and effort estimation for a new Swiss Cash | |
| Settlement Engine, including the alignment of business capabilities and global reuse potentially | |
| based on two options on top of Settlement Obligation Handler | |
| • Successfully delivering a PRIIPs/MiFID regulatory project impacting multiple applications in | |
| department and acting as a Single Point of Contact for Global Operations Solution Delivery | |
| • Taking responsibility for taking over the ABA application from Swiss Trading IT and | |
| designing/supervising the renovation of the application as well as mitigating the platform risk | |
| • Acting as a lead architect and a consultant in decommissioning Credit Suisse applications, such as | |
| OPICS (Cost Reduction, Complexity Reduction), PTX (Complexity Reduction), Phoenix I (Audit | |
| Point), IOT applications (Architecture Simplification), Recon Engine (Complexity Reduction) | |
| • Leading the evaluation and proposal of Delphix Data Virtualization tool for Murex which significantly | |
| reduces the data footprint and refresh time, as well as the forecasted cost savings | |
| • Coordinating AURA onboarding activities for Group Operations Switzerland in line with the Strategic | |
| Access Control Initiative (SACI) for FINMA regulatory commitment | |
| • Delivering analysis, design and supervising implementation of all technical initiatives, such as JAP | |
| Migrations, Odyssey Toolchain and Windows 10 readiness checks and serving as a trusted advisor | |
| of Cash products Switzerland | |
| • Assuming responsibility for the strategic direction of 23 application in the FX/OTC settlement | |
| portfolio | |
| • Representing Credit Suisse as an active member of the DLT Working Group of the International | |
| Securities Services Association (ISSA) | |
| In addition to the above, Mr. Bantwal also assumes the following responsibitities: | |
| • Acting as a global OTC Derivatives Program architecture confirmation stream lead, assuming | |
| responsibility for OTC post-trade confirmations for regulatory initiatives (e.g., trade reporting, | |
| outstanding confirmations, UTI, unauthorized trading) | |
| • Serving as a core member of the working group to create a Strategic Confirmation Platform for | |
| consolidating OTC/Cash Confirmations and driving the regional synergy in Output Management | |
| initiative, including Securities and IB | |
| • Delivering innovation and driving the Blockchain topics for Group Operations Switzerland, including | |
| the first own Cash PoC fully integrated in Credit Suisse environment | |
| Organizing and presenting the capabilities of Blockchain with his Cash PoC to the Senior | |
| Management and Head of IT Strategy & Architecture, coordinating with teams in Singapore, Pune, | |
| London and Raleigh for ideation and lead the meetings with Swiss Digital Solutions & Delivery | |

| In recognition of his very good performance, Mr. Bantwal was promoted to Assistant Vice President | |
| within Middle Management as of January 1, 2015. | |
