openai/whisper · Detecting sound triggers before noise removal

Hi! I am not an expert at this so I hope someone's precious brain can help out!

Basically I am wondering, is it possible for Whipper to detect Sound triggers, that are not words? Say for example, a snap of the finger, or hand clap, a horn? Ill give a random example but, say you wanted to make an app that woks similar to <> but instead of being activated by <> we would want it to be activated by a <> for example? Or make it that when ever the mic hears a horn, it triggers some protocol that we design.

This way it would be possible to create almost a small sound codelanguage to have various actions we can do with the app using sound triggers (clap, double clap, specific rhythm claps perhaps, horn, baby cry, etc....).

I figure it might be a challenge but I feel it must be possible!
