I am writing about students being required to learn how to play a musical instrument. I think this is a terrific idea.

Firstly, by learning how to play a musical instrument, you get the opportunity on how to express yourself and at the same time, you socialize yourself. Learning how to play a musical instrument is a great way of spending your free time, and having fun playing.

Secondly, in the future, by learning how to play a musical instrument you can compete in random tournaments, with cash prizes. You could join a band or even make are with your friends and have fun together. Moreover by playing a musical instrument you get the opportunity to learn things from the instrument.

In addition, you learn new songs to play on the instrument everyday. By joining on a group you get to make new friends, where you can have close friendships together.

In conclusion, I think that a musical instrument must be taught to students because  learning an instrument has plenty of benefits on a young person.
