When I try to upload something, It says there's "Too much traffic". What does this mean?
Does it mean there's too many active people right now or something?

It means the entire internet is trying to play with this all at once and server time is a finite resource that costs money. Just try again in a few minutes. If it gets past about 20 or 30 seconds, it will probably finish somewhere around 90. Be cool.

Really should either set up a queuing system or at least remove the alert so the entire page isn't frozen every time someone tries to run. Bad UX.
Just try multiple times.
