**License Agreement**

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the Licensor ("Licensor") and the Licensee ("Licensee"), collectively referred to as the "Parties," governing the use of the AI model created by Licensor. The Parties agree to the following terms and conditions:

**1. Violation of Laws:**
   Licensee shall not use the model in any manner that violates applicable national, federal, state, local, or international laws or regulations. It is expressly prohibited to use the model for any illegal activities.

**2. Harm to Minors and Living Beings:**
   Licensee shall not use the model with the intent to harm or exploit minors or any living beings in any way. The model shall not be used for malicious purposes, especially involving vulnerable populations.

**3. Dissemination of False Information:**
   Licensee is prohibited from using the model to create or disseminate false information intentionally for the purpose of harming others. This includes preventing the spread of misinformation or disinformation.

**4. Harassment:**
   The model shall not be used to defame, disparage, or harass others. Licensee must refrain from using the model for cyberbullying or harassment.

**5. Hosting Use:**
   Licensee may not create a startup or API endpoint offering shared instances or managed services based on the model without obtaining explicit permission from the Licensor. Specific rules and requirements for model hosting must be adhered to.

**6. Publication:**
   If Licensee creates a derivative work using the model, they must include a statement in any public disclosure, publication, or presentation acknowledging the use of the model technology from the Licensor. This statement should clearly state that the work is built upon the model technology created by the Licensor and is not the Licensee's original work.

**7. Redistribution:**
   Licensee may distribute copies of the model or derivative works subject to the following conditions:

   a. Provide recipients with a copy of this license agreement.
   b. Clearly indicate any modifications made to the model or derivative works.
   c. Retain all copyright, patent, trademark, and attribution notices.
   d. Include any attribution notices found in the original model.

   Licensee may add their copyright statement and license terms to their modifications, provided that such terms do not conflict with the conditions stated in this license.

**Responsibility and Liability:**
   - The Licensor is responsible for the original model.
   - Licensees using modified or fine-tuned versions of the model do so at their own risk, and the Licensor shall not be held responsible for any issues or consequences arising from such use.
   - Licensees are encouraged to possess the necessary expertise to work with the model and assume full responsibility for the outcomes of their actions.

In accordance with this Agreement, Licensees must provide proper attribution to the Licensor and clearly state that their work is based on the Licensor's model technology. This Agreement aims to ensure ethical and lawful use of the AI model while respecting intellectual property rights and responsibilities.
