+I would like to take a few moments to appreciate the gentlemen who are rendering services in different sectors of the country and the religious scholars who have entered the arena of religion and knowledge in the recent years.
+I would like to thank the dear brothers and sisters as well as the dear teachers of Sunni and Shia which sat in the sun this morning.
+I have discussed various issues in this meeting, but before discussing the issues that I have spoken about, I deem it necessary to express my condolences to the honorable family of Ayatollah Burujerdi, the last person in this province, on the occasion of his martyrdom.

+When one takes a look at the outlook of the 13th of Aban, one witnesses certain events.
+I would explain this to the people who are working for different sectors of the country. They should be cautious about this. If they manage to do something that is in line with the interests of the country, they should pay attention to this point.
+Therefore, I advise our dear graduates to pursue their religious and spiritual goals in a sincere way and to make efforts for the sake of God, which is the main purpose of all our efforts. Scholarly, honorable and diligent work is the main purpose of all our efforts.
+If there is a knowledge but not by the permission of God, that knowledge can be salvaged in a bad way.
+I have a brother who is a religious scholar and who does not only study religion and non-religious matters, but he is also an outstanding Islamic scholar.
+This spiritual balance between spirituality and divine blessings is the requirement for both scientific and scholarly work.
+The garment of Kermanshah is very important.
+The Commander of the Faithful (a.s.) said that in a certain period of time, Kermanshah was homeless. He said that the memory of that time is not comparable to the memory of other people.
+The same is true of Kermanshah. One issue is that although the people of Kermanshah are respectful and sympathetic to the people of Kermanshah, they are not very kind to the people.
+The late Wahid Bahbahani Muslim - who was a prominent figure among his father's students - passed away in Kermanshah and his body was returned to Kermanshah.
+The fact that they were unaware in the beginning was a source of comfort for the Holy Prophet (s.w.a.).
+The father of many of our martyrs and war veterans was a prominent Islamic scholar.
+This is one example.
+Of course, our magnanimous Imam, Agha Sayyid Haeri, has lived in Mashahad.
+Today, I see that there are a lot of things to say about this issue.
+The prayers of the Imam of the Age - Agha Seyyed Muhammad Isfahani - and of course of his students, Akhundratus and Bozorgi - are being led by our dear martyrs.
+Today is the day of Eid al-Adha in Isfahan.
+The Iranian nation is at the service of God and piety.
+These are among the people who have been tarbiyed by the great scholar, Imam Fatemi Sultan Abadi, who was a member of the Assembly of Experts.
+This was how Sardar Kabuli was named by different people.
+The book that was mentioned in this meeting was a very good book, and it was revived several times.
+This is the case with Kermanshah. The religious scholars of Kermanshah have benefitted from this.
+I have mentioned in this book that the late Hajj Agha Hossein Kummi (may God bestow paradise on him) traveled to Kermanshah and was reciting the Holy Quran in Kermanshah.
+The issue of the book fair is that I have been very interested in both the content and form of this meeting. I was very interested in the meeting with the hajj pilgrims of Qom as well as the hajj instructor, Agha Hossein Kummi.

+Allah, the Beneficent, has set his sight to the precipice.
+This is the path.
+I would like to say that the Holy Prophet (s.w.a.) was a "guardian of the divine system" because he was the "guardian of the divine system."
+Allah the Exalted says, “Whoever shall incline therein to wrong unjustly, We will punish him even deathly.” [The Holy Quran, Sura al-Hajj (22), Ayah 34] Allah the Exalted says, – and turn his back on the shout of the enemies.

+I am not saying these things to praise our God-given talents or exaggerate what our body has done.
+I have come to see that there is a great task ahead of us.
+I would tell you that if we take a look at the issue objectively, we will see the same results. But if we take a look at the concepts that Islam has presented, the same results would be expected for our country. What is happening in our country is different from the concepts that Islam has presented.
+I am explaining this to the people who are faithful and who know that they will reach the same conclusions by relying on these faiths.
+They know that there is a doguwarn between us and them, but you can prove that you have the capacity to do so.
+The path will be opened up for you, and the steps will be made towards the peaks.
+I said these things because you know that the enemies are trying to deploy their plots inside our hearts.
+This is the path that lies ahead of us.
+We are treading the path.
+The path is clear.
+This network is the kind of network that will help us move forward hand in hand. The lessons of our Lord are clear. We have memorized the lessons of our Lord more than one thousand times.
+I do not think that we can learn anything from the lessons of our magnanimous Imam (r.a.). This is a mistake.

+It was only a year 1390 that the Iranian nation managed to make quantum leaps with the help of various scientific centers of the world. +The first advantage that a person enjoys in sports is that he has a high chance to win competitions.
+The other side of the issue is that western civilization has suffered a lot of losses during the past few decades.
+This has been the case throughout the past few decades, and these disputes have resulted in bitter and painful memories for our country.
+Of course, our friends in the Armed Forces made efforts to say that we can.
+This firm determination of a nation by its intellectuals and youth is very valuable.

+Of course, some countries and nations are far more cautious than other countries and they are careful about the environment. But other nations and countries should try to use the resources of their own countries as much as they can.
+It is now that America has lost its prestige in the world, thanks to an event that unfortunately happened in our country - namely, the event that the Americans had planned in the year 1343.

+It is necessary to not think of the opposite of this. Imam Hussein (a.s.) used to say, "God help those who are outside the walls and do not manage to reach the door of Allah (a.s.)" This was a divine promise.
+The Iranian nation is a firm and dynamic nation. It is aware of the existence of obstacles, but it is determined to build a relationship with honor, dignity and Islam.
+The next time you benefit from foreign products, you benefit from Iranian innovations, you benefit from Iranian entrepreneurship and you benefit from the talents of the Iranian nation.
+This alliance is collapsed. This alliance - which can be divided into different sectors of the people - is collapsed. This is cured. This is cured by destroying our world, our progress and our future.
+The government has a duty to raise the quality of our domestic products.
+Today our officials have a lesson which they can use in order to improve the quality of our domestic products.
+The people all over the world - both those who are skilled in the art of rendering services and those who are in the arena of hard work - should be vigilant in this regard.
+It is necessary to become a nematol and profit from the domestic production.
+Of course, this does not mean that we should ignore the source of pride - that is to say, the source of pride that we have in our own country, in our marketplace, in our schools, in our universities and elsewhere.

+The dear brothers and sisters throughout the country, we need unity and cooperation.

+The Holy Quran tells us that you should avoid political confrontation and avoid confrontation with the enemy. "And if you engage in political confrontation, you will be stronger against the enemy." +The opposing camp is righteous. They want to prevent the Islamic Republic and the Revolution from destroying religion and Allah the Exalted.
+You deceive anybody who sidelines the Islamic Republic and is against it.
+The hearts and souls of our people are in need of your kindness and sympathy. Unfortunately, the media that broadcast negative propaganda against us have failed to give voice to our people.
+The moral aspect is the same, but we should pay attention to the Islamic aspect.
+This should not be interpreted as a tawaf and some people should make a criticism or raise an objection here and there.
+I deem it necessary to extend my congratulations to all the dear youth of the country. I extend my congratulations to the revolutionary youth who have played a role in safeguarding the Islamic Revolution.
+This is a religious principle.
+The Islamic Republic includes a comprehensive Islamic system.
+The same is true of the Iranian universities.
+The esteemed minister is the esteemed member of the Assembly of Experts. They should cooperate with each other.
+This does not mean that they should be compassionate and empathetic towards one another. This does not mean that they should constantly fight to death for the sake of one another.
+I hope that the year 1391 will be an auspicious year for the people of Iran by the blessed presence of the Iranian nation.
+Dear God, by the blessedness of Muhammad (s.w.a.) and his household, help our dear youth and our dear people to continue their path.
+Dear God, punish and suppress the enemies of this nation.
+Dear God, bestow Your blessings on this nation to achieve its ultimate goal. On Dear God, make the holy heart of the Imam of the Age satisfied with us, and make us benefit from his prayers.
+The following is the full text of the speech delivered on March 21, 2013 by Ayatollah Khamenei the Leader of the Islamic Revolution in a meeting with thousands of people of Mashhad province.

+All praise belongs to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, and blessings and greetings be upon our Master and Prophet, Ab-al-Qassem Muhammad, and upon his immaculate and pure household, especially the one remaining with Allah on earth.
+The greetings be upon the Master of the Prophets (s.w.a.) and upon his wife and children.
+I would like to congratulate all the dear brothers and sisters as well as all the dear people who have attended this great meeting.
+I pray to Allah the Exalted to bestow His guidance and assistance on all of us.
+This is a coincidence that each year on the Norouz of the year 1342, we get closer to the issues of the country, issues that exist in the country, and we take a look at the issues of the year 1342, to see what was done and what will be done in the future.
+The dear brothers and sisters should know that we Iranian people are not just limited to listening to our government officials and voting for them. There are other people who are very interested in our government, their duties, and their role.
+The other hand, nations that are benefiting from the capacities of our nation are benefiting from the capacities of the Iranian nation.
+If we achieve victory, they feel that they have been righteous. If we fail to achieve victory, they feel that they have been wrong.
+And there are some people in the world who are very good at what they do, but they are not very good at what they do.
+Their hopes are bright for the Iranian nation.
+They are the people who are at the service of all the problems of the country.
+The Islamic Revolution created a role model for women.
+Therefore, they are opposed to the Revolution and the Islamic system.
+We are inferior to other nations in this regard.
+Therefore, when we evaluate our current positions and our plans, our evaluations should be honest and appropriate.
+The majority of our people at the time were unaware of the developments that were taking place in the country.
+It is not the case that we should be careful about our domestic production, our consumption of domestic products and our vulnerability to the enemies.
+This is an unheard of thing.
+When I take a look at the Iranian nation, I see that our nation entered a difficult situation in the face of various kinds of hostilities, but our nation managed to achieve victory in the face of the most complex kind of hostilities.
+It is not the case that there are no rauns and no problems in the country. The events that have taken place in the country are full of positive points. Many people from the material world are saying the same thing about the Iranian nation.
+The secretary of state's deputy too - the woman whom the secretary of state had demanded from America that Iranian pilgrims should not be allowed to enter the country - presented this letter to the kirj.
+They repeatedly say the same thing in their meetings. I will detail what they said and what they did.
+Therefore, there was an analysis of the enemy's plots in this regard as well as the analysis of the threats that the Iranian nation had received from the enemy. On the other hand, there was an analysis of the achievements of the Iranian nation as a result of these analyses.
+It is one thing to look at these sports and to make efforts, but it is quite another to see that these sports improve the lives of the people.
+This great test is at the service of our people, the Iranian nation.
+The person who is involved in this arena and who reflects on the sentiments of the Iranian nation will receive great rewards from the other parts of the world, especially from the countries that have an important role to play in the Iranian nation.
+The politicians, outstanding personalities and those who know in the world how to speak, all of them praise the Iranian nation.
+It is necessary to pay attention to all these efforts throughout the country and all the rewards that will be imposed on all these efforts.
+They are asking themselves, who are these people?
+I will briefly speak about this issue later on.
+The enemies of the Iranian nation are faced with two main problems in the arena of their progress. First, they do not see the progress of the Iranian nation in all arenas.
+Their plans are two. One is to expel the takfirism that has emerged in the region through sanctions, the other is to prevent the re-appearance of the Iranian nation and its intellectual and outstanding personalities.
+The head of the US government openly spoke about the problems of the Iranian nation and said that the country is suffering from these problems.
+The President of the Islamic Republic of Iran said that there are many problems in the country.
+The Iranian nation has never been underestimated in the achievements that have been made in the country, and the great achievements have been made in the country over the past 30 years. We have never been underestimated in the achievements that have been made in the country, and we have never been underestimated in the power of Islam in the country.
+This year 1391 is close to the beginning of the New Year and it is one of the last years that our enemies were busy with plots and fantasies.
+The leaders of the Islamic Revolution said that they are opposed to the Iranian nation because of their sanctions.
+This is because if the Islamic Republic stands firm and maintains its solidity, its honor will be doubled.
+Therefore, if they can, they should not do it. If they do not, they will try to achieve the same results that they have in their propaganda efforts.
+Today these two factors are involved in defeating one another and causing serious problems for both sides. What they are doing is defeating the other factor, which is related to the issue of the economy.
+We said that there was a power.
+What are the motives of these enemies?
+I am the target of this plot hatched by the Iranian nation.
+This compensation is not a value.
+Today, when I take a look at the enthusiastic and revolutionary nation, I see that the hearts of the Iranian nation has been kindled by the US.
+The officials of the US government should know that during the past 30 years, the Iranian nation had to deal with certain problems which were resolved by the Americans with the help of the anti-American military.
+This is a very important thing to pay attention to. Everybody should pay attention to this issue in their daily life.
+They are the targets of these machinations and deception.
+It was mentioned in different meetings that the first enemy was considered as the first enemy.
+The Zionist regime is the enemy, but the Zionist regime does not accept us as its enemies.
+This is while the enemies of the world of Islam are making threats, are threatening and are threatening our Armed Forces. But when they are threatening our Armed Forces, they say, "If we continue fighting, the Islamic Republic will even shed tears."
+Thelatacciyar government of the Ingles is afraid of the Iranian nation.
+The American President was one of the greatest and most feared enemies of the Iranian nation.
+As long as the government of England was in power, it was considered a formidable enemy by the Americans.

+I would like to inform you that in the recent years, the officials of the Faranshah province have openly dealt serious blows to the Iranian nation.
+We should not let individuals who are unknown to the enemy become the enemy's target.
+We have no problems with the government and the country, and we have never had any problems with it, just as we have in the past. But this policy - which is based on the false narration that the Iranian nation has adopted since the era of the superpowers - has suffered a setback.
+It is wrong to think that we should behave in a careful way towards women.
+When they speak about America, they used to say that it is the world's top superpower. They used to say that it is the world's top power, including America, Zionism, England and certain governments.
+They are afraid of Iran and the Islamic Ummah. We can safely say that in the year 1391, the Americans launched an anti-Islamic campaign against Iran, just like they did in the year 1389.
+This year 1391, they launched a series of sanctions against the Iranian nation, including sanctions on oil and gas resources, and sanctions on currency and financial matters.
+They believe that the Iranian nation is their enemies, but they hope that the Iranian nation will not be convinced that they are the enemies.
+A few years ago, in a speech delivered to the people of Najaf, Imam Ali (r.a.) said in the beginning of the New Year that you should show unity in practice. You should show unity in words, but in action.
+The American regime has decided that in order to resolve its problems with the world, they should visit these countries and speak with the people of these countries about their economic and cultural situation and the situation of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
+I hope they will manage to establish a relationship with the Islamic Republic in the near future.
+They thought this alike from the first day of the year 1391 until the 13th of Mordad.
+We should mention - as I have repeated this several times - that the Americans are trying to convince us that the sanctions are not effective. They do not want us to believe that they are helping us.
+The economy of our country has reached a dead end.
+We should double our effort to strengthen our economy and to increase our production. Our government officials should do this in all their meetings.
+This frightened the enemy, and it forced him out of his home in order to find a way to fight it.
+Today, certain people think what they are doing is a duty.
+This is a very effective move, but it is necessary to be extremely cautious in this regard.
+When a country enjoys certain advantages, its enemies will not want to use those advantages.
+The Iranian nation is powerful, but its power is not comparable to the power of the enemies.
+I will explain this to the people briefly. This is in the area of economic issues. During the years 1388 and 1391) the enemies tried to deploy the Islamic Republic of Iran as an obstacle in the way of the progress of the Islamic Republic, as they liked.
+Their government officials made a lot of efforts to deploy the Islamic Republic against the global arrogance. But they were defeated in this arena.
+Their hopes were not fulfilled.
+I witnessed that during the early years of the reign of taghut, oppressed people were humiliated more than any other nation in the world. The heads of the countries and government officials of the three branches of government used to insult each other.
+They were all proud of the Iranian nation.
+They showed this to us, and they encouraged us to reflect on it.
+This is what the enemies of the Iranian nation hope.
+They have acted in a way.
+The policymakers of the Kufr regime had acted in a way that these sanctions would have affected the hearts of the Iranian nation. They had imposed such sanctions on the people and the Islamic Republic. They had imposed such penalties on the people.
+The 22nd of Bahman, the Iranian nation made it known that they are opposed to the Islamic system and the Revolution through their behavior and statements.
+The officials in the security sector made all the efforts that they could to preserve the health of the country. Moreover, the officials themselves made the most efforts to suppress the public opinion of the country through their racial attacks.
+The enemies of the Islamic Republic have focused their attention on reducing the tasting of the Islamic Republic.
+The leaders of the regional parliamentary elections proved that there is no political issue in the region that can be solved with the Iranian nation.
+The fact that the Zionist regime is defeated in Gaza and that it is refusing to enter the arena of action is a clear indication of the Zionist regime’s defeat. They repeat this.
+This is what they are saying - not what I have said before - that if the Palestinians do not manage to stand up against the Zionist regime, they will be wiped out by the walls of the country.
+Today the Zionist regime is completely occupied with the hands of the Palestinians.
+I said that the effect of women on the individual level is not comparable to men's effect on the individual level.
+The Islamic Republic of Iran's (s.w.a.) model of power is based on combining the power of the Iranian nation with its capabilities and it has made great achievements. If the Iranian nation had not adopted this model, such achievements would not have happened.
+the year 1391, our youth achieved great achievements without any kind of governmental sanctions. We witnessed numerous achievements in the year 1391, and we can add these achievements to the years 1390.
+The construction projects that are being carried out in the country - in the area of infrastructure, in the area of energy, in the area of mines, in the area of infrastructure and in the area of mines -all are good projects that will help our economy make progress.
+We have made great progress in the area of knowledge in the year 1391.
+The year that has just begun is filled with enthusiastic people who have faith in the grandeur of the nation.
+The year that has just begun is a very bitter year for the Iranian nation. But the youth and outstanding personalities of this year made a lot of efforts to bring the Iranian nation to its knees.
+If this patient had not accepted the wrong treatment and if he had not made a move to return to the country after a lifetime of rest and nursing, some masas of the world would have sunk into the sea and taken revenge on him.
+But then, the truth came to them and they accepted it, just like everybody else.
+The health and medical care of our people is dependent on the people.
+Today, we are one regional country in the process of industrialization.
+The achievement of many great achievements and the formation of new responsibilities.
+The last point that I would like to discuss is the elections that have been carried out by the Iranian nation.
+This year, we are young and we are pioneers in different areas.
+And in the arena of knowledge and research, the country has made astonishing progress compared with the beginning of the year.
+The year 1391, the daliban atmosphere prevailed over the notion that the 13th of Aban represents the beginning of the Revolution.
+That is to say, our students' enthusiasm was boosted to 3, 4 percent during the past year thanks to the efforts of our teachers.
+This is a great achievement by the Iranian nation.
+The Iranian nation has made great achievements in the field of manufacturing dams, pharmaceutical industries, construction and infrastructure.
+This year, the enemies of the Iranian nation made all the efforts that they could to defeat the Iranian nation.
+The great lesson that was learnt in the year 1391 was that any community that fails to take action to deal with the enemy's threats will be defeated.
+The experience of the Iranian nation has shown that what is important for a nation is its reliance on God, reliance on its power, and resistance.
+The progress will be thwarted.
+Theykara 1391 was a combination of resistance and athletics.
+We know what we are doing. This is the case with our athletes.
+The Armed Forces can identify their strength as well as their weakness.
+We know how we are weighing our countries.
+This weakness is the result of our firm determination - which I have said many times that is one of the weakest things that we have in this regard - in terms of political and economic matters as well as the role of our youth.
+The officials in charge of the three branches of government - the officials who are in charge of the elections and the officials who will be in charge of the presidential elections - should pay attention to this point.
+The next point that I would like to discuss is that the foundations of the country are very strong.
+The existence of a solid foundation means that the enemy will not be able to defeated.
+The great government of the country with this great capability will manage to make threats whenever and wherever they want, just as it did in the year 1391.
+I hope Allah the Exalted will increase the knowledge and insight of our government officials and the people of the country in the year 1391.
+I have said many times - and I have repeatedly said many times - that the issue of the economy is not just an insignificant issue. The issue of the security of the country is also important.
+If knowledge is gained in the country, all the tasks that will be carried out in the country will be carried out successfully.
+The power and glory of a nation is very important. The psychological and financial security of a nation and a country dependant on its power and glory is very important.
+We have made progress in all areas.
+The economy of our country is dependent on foreigners, and different kinds of problems exist in the country.
+It is only through such progress that our nation has been able to prove that the defeat of the US is not simply an accident. This is an important point.
+The global arrogance and the domineering hegemony of domineering powers - which is prevalent in the world today - have revealed to the people of the world that if you wish to live an enjoyable and happy life, you should be the ikon of our society.
+The Iranian nation has proven this.
+And our nation has proven that it cannot be forced to retreat through the reliance on America and the global powers. It has proven that it cannot be forced to retreat.
+This is America's advantage over the other countries.
+We have benefitted from this experience many times over the past thirty years. You should know how much the Islamic Republic has appreciated the support and assistance of countries in this regard.
+And anybody who is familiar with the concept of global arrogance knows that attacking a nation is a great breaches of security.
+Dear God, by the blessedness of your nation's power and determination, help us appreciate this opportunity.
+The same is true of regional countries.
+I have said many times that the nuclear issue is the biggest and the most urgent issue in the country.
+This frightened awakening means that we need to find a way to fight this war that is not based on arrogance.
+The unguent of the international community is that they should prevent the Islamic Republic from fulfilling their current needs and demands.
+The same is true of the nuclear issue, wherever we are, wherever our youth and intellectuals are, wherever their efforts are, the source of power will be thwarted.
+We do not have the option for raising children in this regard.
+The brave and zealous people of our country made sacrifices during the Sacred Defense Era. We managed to strengthen the Islamic Republic's Guards Corps.
+The Islamic Republic admits that we have failed to achieve the desired outcome when it comes to its Armed Forces. "When the enemy forces are defeated and the Republic is forced to retreat, it is obvious that we have failed to achieve this goal.
+The same is true of our youth. If our youth do not take this action, they will be defeated in front of the eyes of the people who are opposed to them, we will be defeated in front of them and we will have to fight for it.
+The government officials of the country saw these signs and knew what to do.
+The government should do this in all the areas that are related to the affairs of the country. Government officials, outstanding personalities, intellectuals and outstanding scientific figures should carry out this great duty which is as important as knowing the enemy and defending the country from the evil plots of the enemy.
+The Makalolin that we will use will belong to this bang.
+The people who are working for the industrial sector, the scientific sector and the educational sector should all be in this regard.
+We should all make efforts in a way that our national defense does not have any chance of being able to fight against the enemy.
+We have a duty to resist. This is one of the necessities of resistance.
+This is the economy of resistance. In the economy of resistance, one of the essential things is to make the economy of resistance stronger.
+The economy should be cautious in this regard. It should be able to stand up against the machinations of the enemy.
+This is the first point that should be taken into consideration by you.
+The second point is that in the negotiations with the Americans, they used to ask us if we wanted to talk about nuclear issues. They used to present different kinds of talks, but they turned their back on the issue of the nuclear issue.
+The same is true of the nuclear negotiations between the American and the European governments. During the past few days, I heard that the American government and the Islamic Republic would like to talk about the nuclear negotiations with Iran. I do not have any hopes about this negotiations.
+What does this mean?
+This is because our experience shows that negotiations in the US are not on the basis of reducing the unemployment rate.
+Of course, what they are doing is what we can do, and what they are doing is what they are doing.
+This is what I mean when I sometimes recount my experiences with the Iranian nation and say that their patience is running out.
+We are not even close to the lofty ideals that are spoken about, but we are not close to the lofty ideals.
+But there are certain points that should be made in this regard:
+The first point is that the Americans acted like they said. They said that we were not allowed to start an Islamic Revolution.
+The rest of our experience has revealed to us that you do not have any relation with the Islamic system or Islamic ideology.
+This is while you are claiming to support the Islamic Republic. When you say you support the Islamic Republic, you convey a message that cannot be conveyed by other people.
+The second point is that the Americans are willing to negotiate with us in the negotiating arena.
+What I mean by stressing is that we should not negotiate with you and your negotiations should not be aggressive.
+It revealed to them that they are not even members of the Islamic Revolution's Guards Corps.
+The reason why do we not believe what we say?
+And when you are given the opportunity to speak to a group of people in a quarrelling atmosphere, do you not think that we will accept what you say and what your Eminence says?
+Our understanding of the negotiations between the Americans and the Europeans is a current that is living in the minds of our people, the people of the world and our country.
+It is necessary to prove that this is not the truth.
+It is possible to prove it?
+I would like to make a few points about the current situation of the country. One of the current conditions is that a certain group of people - namely, the people who were supported by the Leader - have reached an agreement with America.
+This is propaganda and it is based on relying on memory.
+Today nobody stands up against them.
+I deem it necessary to point out that as far as I know, the Americans are not willing to enter a nuclear negotiation.
+The Americans did not want to go into the nuclear issue and the issue of the matsalary. If they did not want to go into the nuclear issue and the issue of the matsalary, it would be clear that it is not possible to do so.
+And the nuclear issue is not just an insignificant issue. The world has acknowledged its right to use plutonium as a means to power.

+The most important characteristic of the Iranian nation is that our nation has acted in a righteous way towards the Islamic Republic.
+They should respect the nuclear rights that Iran enjoys, and they should avoid being the standard of safety for the world.
+Of course, when we are faced with the issue of priorities, the Americans will put up a resistance to counter these priorities.
+Their main enemy is the same people who are suffering from backwardness and they are not able to do anything to stop it.
+Their promises must not affect the Iranian nation.
+The third point that I would like to discuss is that if America and its allies want to resolve this issue, they will be faced with a lot of problems.
+This is what the Americans are doing: they are protecting the Islamic Republic and the Iranian nation.
+If they want to resolve the problems that exist between us - as they said, we have no relations with Iran.
+The same is true of the Iranian nation. Unlike 30 years ago, which the Americans used to refer to as a nation, the Iranian nation has become a target of the plots of the enemies.
+This has been the case since the beginning of the Revolution.
+The enemy could have used all their power to deploy our forces. They could have used all their power to deploy the Iranian nation against the enemy. They could have used all their power to deploy the Iranian nation against the enemy.
+The same is true of the politicians of the US. If they are trying to resolve the issue of the difficulties, they will try to strengthen the Iranian nation's credibility.
+There is another point that I would like to discuss, and it is related to the issue of elections.
+The elections in our country are a political lever.
+The elections are a political election, a sign of the Islamic Republic's power and a source of honor for the Islamic Republic. The measures adopted by the parliamentary elections show that the Islamic Republic is at the peak of its power.
+The flag is the symbol of national determination. It is the symbol of democracy.
+This shows the importance of the elections that the enemies of the Iranian nation have focused on gaining control over the elections.
+They have acted in a way that will prevent the people from voting and voting for the right candidate.
+It has been many years that we have been holding elections - both for the Majlis and for the presidential elections. During those years, our enemies would try to hide the significance of elections for our country.
+I have said that there are two kinds of elections. One is for members of Assembly of Experts.
+It is now that I can speak about these things.
+The first point that I would like to discuss is that the position of the people during the elections is very important.
+The war can be cured through the use of threats. Storms can be cured through the use of chemical weaponry.
+We should all know that the greatness of our people's presence in the arena of elections will determine the future of the country. Moreover, our people should know that the greatness of our people's presence in the arena of elections will affect all important issues of the country, including security, economy and politics.
+The first point is related to the election. By Allah's grace and assistance, the Iranian nation went to the ballot boxes.
+The second point is that all those who believe in the Islamic Republic should be included in this election.
+This is a responsibility.
+The Zabe is not a slogan, not a political slogan.
+The people who believe in the Islamic Republic and the Islamic country and who are committed to the future of this country should enter this arena with open eyes. All those who believe in the Islamic Republic and who are committed to the future of this country should enter this arena.

+I deem it necessary to point out that the people's emotions are the most important factor in the election.
+You should be careful about the people who are voting for you. You should help those people who are voting for you.
+I do not think of voting for the right candidate.
+I am like many people who live in a different part of the world and I am not like many people who live in a different part of the world.
+The people who are voting for the first time will see that what is being done in this regard. They will be informed immediately.
+If a person says such things, he is not righteous.
+The combination of these days and the extraordinary efforts that are made by these people - including publicity, promotion, and other such things - I would like to express my condolences to a few different people.

+First of all, I would like to welcome the dear brothers who are working on different sectors of the economy of the country.
+The first point that I would like to discuss is related to a certain system of economic management in the modern world, in particular the management of the economy of the global economy and the country.
+Our government officials in the executive, legislative and judiciary branches of government should strive to promote economic independence in our society through their work. +The continuation of these great achievements is a source of pride for the Iranian nation.
+This is the progress of the Iranian nation.
+We have made good progress both in the area of production and investment, and in the area of service and productive employment.
+It is very good that the people who are working for different sectors of the country take this issue into consideration. This will bring about a deeper understanding for our people.
+We should all pay attention to this point. Today one of the goals of the enemies of the Iranian nation is to foment discord among us. This is very important.
+The bad news should not be mixed up with hope and firm determination.
+If we are faced with a hardship, we will be defeated in the middle of the way and we will have no chance to make progress.
+The first reason is that we have decided to name this year the year of Economic Jihad [The Year of Economic Jihad].
+The economic policies of the arrogant powers are the culing of the Iranian nation and the Islamic Republic in the economic arena.
+They admit that it is necessary to avoid the nuclear issue, but this is not the case. The issue of the nuclear issue is not the issue of their sanctions.
+This is the case. The day when the first and third kind of sanctions were imposed on the country, there were no nuclear weapons in the country.
+The laws that were passed in the U.S. were not very important, but the new laws - which was named after a particular person - gave rise to a movement in the U.S. and a new chapter in the history of the nuclear issue.
+The purpose of these sanctions is to weaken the economy of Iran.

+The same is true of the sea and different other areas. The issues that exist in the country today are far more important than the issues that exist in the country 20 years ago.
+I said this because of the fact that our youth are so active in different sectors of the country that they do not manage to keep pace with the progress of the country.
+This is a very important point.
+The economic strength of our country is very important.
+If we had said that the sea brings about prosperity for our country and the people of the world, they would have said the opposite of that.
+The people of the world are often the most defeated in the face of the materialist powers, to say, in the entire world. Therefore, we have become the most defeated in the face of the materialist powers as well as the most powerful people in the world.
+This is a very important point and a great achievement.
+The issue of the illegal and undocumented war in the country is a very important issue, and we are the country that is at the service of this issue. We can resolve this issue by laying down our lives.

+The Islamic view is that we should strive to utilize all the opportunities that have been created in this world, in this material and in the hereafter, for the sake of human progress and for the sake of God's eternal blessings. We Iranian people can benefit from this opportunity by following Islam and practicing Islam.
+We should divide our efforts among the interests of Islam.

+Today when I take a look at you, I see that you paid attention to two issues.

+This is true of scientific and technological areas.
+Today the movement of the country in the area of knowledge and technology is in the best way possible, and this is evident in all areas.
+I have met many such people in different areas: in the field of knowledge, in the field of entrepreneurship, in the field of innovation, in the field of pharmaceutical production and in the field of handicrafts. I have seen many such people in different areas: in the arena of entrepreneurship, in the arena of innovation, in the arena of handicrafts and in the arena of making efforts for self-edification.
+The Nurse said that global scientific organizations have identified the needs of the Iranian nation as one of the most responsive and most promising countries in terms of technological progress and added: "The Iranian nation is one of the most promising and most innovative countries in the world."
+And these two characteristics are one of the most important elements of the progress of knowledge and technology which I deem necessary to highlight.
+The first point is that the most prominent figures who are involved in this arena are our youth.
+This has been the case for many years - that is to say, for the most part of the past 30 years - and it is necessary to re-acquaintance with these issues as well. There are some genuine religious scholars who are involved in this arena, and it is necessary to benefit from them.
+The first point is that those who are doing these great work have a strong spirit and people who would like to follow them.
+The main factor is the people. This is what our country depends on.
+The young generation of our country are committed to this issue with all their power. They believe that this is the basis of the progress of the country.
+The second point that I would like to discuss is the issue of the scientific progress. The scientific progress includes the addition of knowledge, technology, production and acquisition of knowledge - which is very important.
+The process of establishing knowledge in a new field can be divided into different stages. The stages in which knowledge is acquired and the stage in which this knowledge is exported to the world are the stages in which knowledge is marketed to a particular country.

+And one of the things that can be done in the arena of economic valor is to increase the production of domestic products.
+This is one of the reasons why we have fallen behind in terms of oil.
+The opposite is true of the economy of our country. The economy of our country is based on two factors. One is the economy of our country and the other is the economy of our country.

+The issue of domestic production, the issue of improving the quality of domestic products, the issue of domestic employment, the issue of domestic disputes, the issue of gender equality and the issue of commemorating great personalities and their achievements - these are all great achievements that are tangible in the history of the country.

+The second reason that I would like to discuss is the issue of the economy of resistance.

+I advise the officials of the country to clearly highlight the importance of improving the economy of the country and reducing the unemployment rate as well as the number of people who are working for the country.
+We are not allowed to do so. Islam is not allowed to do so.
+Their efforts should be focused on achieving this goal and on achieving the goals that have been specified in the regional biography of the country.
+The issue of time and differences of labor and management is among the most important and essential issues of the country.
+The more vigilant they are, the more money they can make in the economy of the country. These are two issues which are very important and essential for the economy of the country.
+It is necessary to establish a legal framework.
+This is supported by the progress of the country.
+Of course tsumulmulations are natural and beneficial, but they are not economically viable. The problem with the sea that we are suffering from today is that we are not able to use the sea for many years.
+If this happens, if the government officials of the three branches of government are unable to resolve the issue of the economy of resistance, they will be faced with serious problems.
+The same is true of the other areas. In all areas, including the public sector, the private sector and different other areas, we are faced with problems that we are used to dealing with in these areas.
+I believe that the benefits of preserving the natural resources of the country will not be mixed up with the benefits of mankind.
+The presence of the people in the arena of economic matters is very important.
+If we want to have a outlook for the year 1390, there are certain things that we should pay attention to.
+I will briefly speak about these issues later on.
+First, the spirit of jihad should be promoted.
+The Iranian nation has been in the arena of jihad since the beginning of the Revolution. We have seen this in the arena of warfare as well as in the arena of scientific progress.
+The same is true of jihad in different areas. If we engage in jihad in areas that are not related to one another - such as selfless efforts and doing good deeds - then our movement will definitely be continued.
+The second point is related to spirituality and piety in society.
+The world of Islam should know this. Having faith in the value of spirituality in the country and in the youth, will help people to enter the new world better than everything else.
+We should not think that the influence of such religion on the hearts of the youth will decrease during the eve of Ashura or the day of Dua Kumeyl.
+If the youth of a country enjoy wisdom and insight, they will be able to take action. They will be able to realize the consequences of their actions.
+The same is true of the economic area.
+The power of religion is so great that it can be used to a great extent.
+You should consider the issues objectively. The issue of priorities is the main issue in this country and everybody should pay attention to it.
+The Islamic Republic will like to see that a group of people follows a particular path in order to reach a certain destination. That is to say, it would like to see that the people are following the path in a systematic and correct manner.
+This means that we should not forget about the important points that we have made in the arena of action.
+The next sharadin is related to unity and understanding of one another.
+This has already been done both among the people and government officials: they have cooperated with government officials, they have shown their sympathy and they are willing to help. This has already been done and it should be continued on a daily basis.
+The biggest enmity of the Iranian nation towards different ethnic and national groups is the issue of internal disputes. They discuss the issue of differences of opinion, sectarian, ethnic and political views in different meetings.
+We have become far more aware than we used to be.
+The people of Iran should promote religious democracy - which is a source of pride for the Iranian nation.
+The officials in charge of the three branches of government should try to make it appear like there is no difference between men and women. If there is a difference between men and women, it should put this difference on display and people should show that there is no difference between men and women.
+I would like to congratulate the officials of the country on this issue.
+The most important point of the world is related to negotiations. These things are not important.
+This is the kind of importance that should be attached to the issue of waiting. We are not letting this opportunity pass us by.
+This is against reason.
+This is against reason. How should this be interpreted?
+The people and government officials should take care not to let this change. They should try to make up for the past.
+The brave and zealous people of our country will never be defeated.
+This is not to say that the issue of the economy is not at all important.
+It is necessary to assist these outstanding youth in all areas, especially in the scientific arena and in the technological arena.
+The issues that exist in the region are very important. The events that happened in Egypt, Tunisia, Libya and Bahrain are very important.
+It is a great movement that is the sign of Islamic Awakening in this region and in the entire Islamic world.
+This has been the case in the Islamic Republic for many years. There are two aspects to this issue that are very common in Islamic countries: one is the issue of the people and the other is the issue of religious and behavioral factors.
+The two branches of government are responsible for two things.
+The presence of the people on the scene was a sign of the Islamic Revolution's Guards Corps.
+The Islamic Ummah and those who believe it, both in its inner circle and in the circle of knowledge and wisdom, should pay attention to this point.
+The great Imam (r.a.) managed to attract the attention of the people.
+Today these things are far more common in certain countries.
+The people of Egypt and Tunisia were present on the scene. They were not like other people, and they did not like what they were saying.
+The people entered the arena with their own beliefs and orientations.
+This was how they interpreted the Friday prayers of the Imam of the Age (a.s.) and the people who were praying to God, religious scholars, the people who were familiar with religion and those who had insights about the meaning of the Friday prayers.
+This is the characteristic of these things.
+What did they do?
+The Egyptian, Tunisian and other countries have suffered great losses during the past few decades as a result of the policies of their leaders.
+The people of Egypt used to see that the Zionist regime had made a lot of progress in this regard.
+If Hosni Mubarak had not accepted the Zionist regime's threats in Gaza, he would not have given the shout of the deaths of the people of Gaza.
+The end result was that Hosni Mubarak could step into the arena and help the Zionists, but he was defeated and transferred to Egypt.
+The ramparts of the Gazan people were opened up so that they could enter the country and work for the sake of national production. But when the ramparts were opened up, the people of Gaza used to enter the country and work for the sake of national production.

+The response that was given to the Americans and other countries by the superpowers was a response that was intended to derail the revolutions. They wanted to derail the uprisings like that, but when they realized that they were not able to do so, they gave a mortar to the protests.
+This is a lesson for those who rely on American military to figure out what they are doing. If they do not know what to do, they will not be able to do anything.
+The events that have taken place in the west and that are being recorded in America are unprecedented.
+This is one of the policies of the US regime: they trusted this policy.
+They had the same problem in the past as they did in the present time.
+The people should put themselves on display and they can remove the obstacles that lie in the way of this movement.
+The Americans have tried to restore the glory of Egypt and Tunisia, but their efforts have proven futile.
+This is because by Allah's permission and by His ikonosity, America has defeated the enemy in this region.
+The first factor is related to the existing and future needs of the people of these countries and the second factor is related to the existing and the future needs of these countries.
+They have been defeated in this regard.
+The second factor is the relatedness of the events in Egypt, Tunisia and Libya.
+The main purpose of these actions is to pretend that they are protecting the rights of the people.
+The dear people of our country should know that the people of America are after their rights. They used to pretend that they are opposed to the oppressive camp and that they are defending their rights.
+They are not just friends with nations.
+The head of the US government used to communicate with the people in such a way that they expressed their opposition to the policies of the US. He used to communicate to those people that the American government had ordered them to leave the country.
+The people keep creating obstacles in the way of their existence. They create problems in the way of their nations.
+Today the American nation is faced with serious problems in the economy and it is doing these things.
+Of course, it is necessary to pay attention to the domestic factor too, such as Guantanamo, Ghraib and other such countries.
+The people do not understand these things.
+The head of the US government who had just announced this?
+The truth is, the people should know those who are in the arena of politics and are not afraid of them?
+It was said that those who were opposed to the Azadi regime in Tehran were the people who were supported by Masari.

+Therefore, the presence of foreigners, and their existence or lack of presence is not at all accepted.

+We have shown our support for the people of Gaza, Palestine, Egypt, Tunisia and many other countries. They are all Shia Muslims.
+Therefore, it is not the issue of Shia or Sunni Muslims.
+Their nemes tried to portray Bahrain as a Shia and Sunni Muslim.
+The problem with these nations is that they do not have a clue what their goal is.
+If there are any hopes for salvation in this regard, I would inform them that the issue of Shia and Sunni friendships is not at all an unpleasant secret for the Americans. The secret is that the enemies of the Iranian nation have never considered a great popular movement like Shia and Sunni friendships.
+We have no differences between Gaza, Palestine, Tunes, Libya, Egypt, Bahrain and Yemen.
+If any nation and relying on Islamic principles and values, it will achieve victory.
+The secretary of states' deputy too said that the Bahraini government and Saudi government were not at fault for depriving the pilgrims of their righteous homes. "When our children were young, our teachers would warn us, but they turned their back on the people," she said.
+The Iranian nation is a country under the sun?
+I know that it is wrong to think that the Bahraini government is an evil and oppressive government. But the threats of the international Zionist regime against the people of Bahrain are not just reflected in the harassment of our people by the Americans and their allies and mercenaries.
+The Americans are making a lot of progress in this regard.
+It is wrong to do such a thing.
+The clear message that I want to deliver is that by Allah's favor, a new movement is being launched in the region.
+I assure you that Allah the Exalted will keep this movement going.
+The Iranian nation is proud of it, and they are happy about this. They have continued their movement.
+The youth who did not have the right to stand up for the Revolution did not have the right to do so. But if they did not stand up for the Revolution, they would not have the right to do so.
+Dear God, bestow Your mercy and blessings on this nation.
+I pray to Allah the Exalted to bestow His guidance and assistance on this nation, this movement and Islam.
+Dear God, make the holy heart of the Imam of the Age satisfied with us.
+And by the blessedness of Muhammad (s.w.a.) and his household and by the blessedness of our martyrs and our magnanimous Imam (r.a.), help us be among the servants whom Allah the Exalted has bestowed on them.
+The following is the full text of the speech delivered on August 7, 2011 by Ayatollah Khamenei the Leader of the Islamic Revolution in a meeting with government officials in Tehran.
+the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
+The greetings be upon our Master and Prophet, Ab-al-Qassem Al-Mustafa Muhammad, and upon his immaculate household and chosen companions, especially the one remaining with Allah on earth.
+I would like to welcome the dear brothers and sisters, the dear government officials and the dear people of the country to my dear home in Tehran. I hope Allah the Exalted will make this a source of blessings for you.
+I hope Allah the Exalted will make this year a successful year for all of us so that we can benefit from the guidance and assistance of the Holy Prophet's (s.w.a.) speech and so that we can discuss the most important issues of the country in a particular meeting.
+I would like to take a few points into consideration. The first point is that we should learn the lessons of the Holy Prophet's (s.w.a.) household and I hope we will manage to benefit from the lessons of that great personality.
+This is the internal progress of the Iranian nation, and by Allah's favor, it will be comparable to other issues of the region.
+The late Hajj Mirza Jawad Agha Maliki the Holy Prophet (s.w.a.) said in his [the Holy Quran, Sura al-Murakabat, Ayah 25] that the divine reward for his achievements was greater than all divine blessings for his people.
+The message that is recited is, "God's blessings are not limiting to one country, but all countries need God's blessings." That is to say, a select group of countries are blessed with divine blessings, and they should be thankful for them.
+This is one of the important points, and as I have repeatedly said, one of the important characteristics of western civilization is that their movement and statements evoke an emotional response in the heart of the human being, which is accompanied by an intellectual response in the mind of the "tunai" [as in the narration].
+We should divide our issues into primary and secondary issues, and we should focus on the primary issues.
+They are the main factors that determined the destiny of mankind.
+The movement of all people is by way of this life - which is the entire day - and this life can be a source of salvation for mankind.
+The experience of our country has revealed certain truths.
+We should consider our life and the days that we are awaiting.
+We should consider the behavior of the people at the service of God, and the prayers that they recite during the day are very effective.
+The more we can move ahead, the more we can benefit from the blessings of this blessing. When this blessing is available to us, all of us need it.
+The Lord of the Worlds, have you considered what we have done and what we are doing now?
+It is one thing to move away from this world, but to re-acquaintance with the culture and spirituality of the hereafter is another thing that will affect us all. "The world is divided into two parts."
+Of course we should consider ourselves responsible in this regard. Who are we supposed to be when we are young?
+This is the meaning of Imam Ali's (a.s.) prayer.
+Of course, the prayers that were led by the Holy Prophet (s.w.a.) were not particular to specific people. However, in the Qur'an, the Holy Prophet (s.w.a.) said that the wise and pious prayers that were led by the Prophet (s.w.a.) were not particular to those who benefited from the prayers of the Imam of the Age (a.s.).
+Therefore, these prayers are very important.
+And the prayers that are recited by those who do not believe in God are the prayers of those who believe in Him.
+The Holy Quran says, "Allah, by the blessedness of Muhammad (s.w.a.) and his household, help me be among the servants of (Allah's greetings be upon him and his household)".
+Of course, I accepted your offer, but am I allowed to reject it?
+Dear God, bestow Your peace on me. I am thankful to God for two things: the first is, "the measure of security" and "the measure of justice". We can promote justice in society through the measure of security, sharia, adalci and the like.
+The fear of God and some of our standards of worship are among the essential elements of this fear.
+The more one's behavior is observed in a society, the more one's responsibility will be felt in that society. If one is observed in a society, the more one's responsibility will be felt in that society, and this is true of all kinds of obligations.
+When you make a fuss against a person or make a move that is in line with certain principles, the kind of fushina that you take away from that person or move that is not in line with the principles does not get you anywhere.
+The fushiji season is when we take a look at the fushiji face.
+Dear God, bestow Your mercy and blessings on us.
+This is against reason.
+This is against reason and everybody should be careful in this regard.
+The reason why we constantly repeat our statements to our government officials, the people who are in charge of the affairs of our country, the people who promote our culture in the country and those who make public statements - these are the reasons why we constantly repeat our statements.
+This does not mean that we should be careless about our weapons.
+The people who are following this path should make efforts on a daily basis. We should not let other people influence our decisions.
+We do not allow individuals to develop their relations with the Islamic system.
+The more one's opinion is different from the people's opinion, the more we will try to improve our opinion.
+When a government official makes a calculated decision, he should explain it to the people.
+We have a lot of things to say in this regard.
+This is another side of the prayer. Although the Holy Prophet (s.w.a.) used to address the two sides of this prayer, today I will address the three sides of this prayer.
+I hope Allah the Exalted will bestow success on all of us.
+This is a cause for fear of God.
+This is the first aspect that I would like to focus on.
+The second view is one of the most important things that the country can determine.
+The report that was presented by the head of the government was in fact a full-text report. In order to provide clarification for the important points that the report contained, I deem it necessary to tell the people that the hardships were underfoot and that great achievement was made.
+This is indicative of the general state of affairs of the country, which is very important for us.
+Why is this important?
+The first point that I would like to discuss is related to the situation of our country.
+This region has a unique characteristic.
+The emergence of Islamic Awakening in the region has been a very prominent event since the beginning of the Revolution up until today. The movement towards Islamic Awakening has been carried out with great success.
+If a nation like the Egyptian nation manages to carry out such a great movement without anybody knowing, it will receive the same blows that the Zionist regime received in the region. All these reasons are valid.
+It is exactly in such conditions that we can see us entering a new stage in the history of the Islamic Republic.
+The issue of the economy that the arrogant powers of the west are faced with is a great issue, and it is not an easy task to resolve.
+The heads of the foreign governments have been made invulnerable regarding the issue of the economy of the US and some other countries. This is all in the wrong hands.
+The existence or lack of presence of foreign politicians in the arena of policy-making and influencing affairs in many countries of the world - which in the spite of their racial and linguistic differences, the people of the world are aware of these things and they speak about these issues openly. This is while other countries of the world are unaware of these things.
+The day when I first heard about this event, I was very excited.
+The same is true of the terrorist activities in the European countries, including the activities of the Nazis and the activities of the American mafia.
+The Islamic Republic and the Islamic Ummah are separate from one another.
+I know that some people are trying very hard to achieve these things, but they are not able to do so.
+This is a very important point.
+This event in the country should not be interpreted as a shortcoming.
+This is a situation in which we should be cautious in our eyes and in our words.
+If we fail to appreciate this opportunity and fail to take action to deal with the situation appropriately, we will be harmed. If we fail to benefit from this opportunity in the right way, we will be harmed.
+The honor belongs to you, and you should protect it.
+Therefore, we can take issue with the domestic issues and the developments that are taking place in the country.
+It is our duty to have a vigilant look at the realities on the ground. We must not make a mistake and avoid simplistic thoughts. We are active, and we have good points to make.
+The same is true of social issues.
+This is what they are doing. They are trying to prevent us from saying the truth.
+He said, "They are trying to hide this truth. But the truth will be revealed later on."
+Of course, I have visited all the factories on that day.
+Of course, each and every one of these illegal moves is an effort to misguided and unreasonable heartfelt insult to a worthless man.
+We are not just accused of one thing, but this is the truth.

+It is necessary to appreciate both the weakness of the economy and the weakness of the national talent.
+This should be done both in the executive and the legislative branches of government.
+Therefore, if we want to identify the needs of the country, we need to work on the strength of our economy.
+I will briefly speak about this issue later on, but there are certain things that have to be said in this regard.
+These positive things will show themselves in the real sense of the word and they will prepare the ground for the great movement of the country.
+They show us the areas that are not important and the things that we should do and what we should not.
+When these things are done in conjunction, these achievements become tangible. We should know what we are doing.
+I would like to offer my congratulations to the esteemed members of the Islamic Republic's Assembly of Experts who have been supporting and safeguarded the progress of the Islamic Republic during the past 32 years as well as the present time.
+The first point that is important is the reliance on the power of the Islamic system, which has been ensured by the Guardian Council. This is very important.
+The use of two or three different kinds of threats - threats of security, threats of economic instability and threats of invasion - has been an effort to undermine the power of the Islamic Republic.
+The people are trying to overthrow the government, but they are not doing so. They do not want this government to cooperate with them.
+This resistance was successful in all of these threats.
+The owners of these things were themselves foreigners, and they paid the price for their products.
+This has been the case in the past few years too, but western governments have backwardness and they have repeatedly said that sanctions are harmful.
+The sanctions that were imposed on us by the three branches of the government - that is to say, the heads of the three branches of government - had been lifted and those sanctions were lifted.
+Their foreign counterparts are extremely cooperative in this regard.
+The same is true of the rest of the country. There were other areas that the enemy used to use influencers, and the same is true of the entire country. But this government officials- with different capacities- managed to take advantage of all these things. Today the enemy has control over all the areas of the country.
+This is one of our fundamental characteristics.
+We should pay attention to this point when we are evaluating the strength of the Islamic Republic.
+This government is unstoppable. It has been condemned by international powers for more than three decades. But it has been condemned by all these powers. It has been condemned by all these threats. This is very important.
+This is the first stage of the long process of the Islamic Republic.
+The second element is the trust between the people and government.
