Slightly improved hair spikes over u149-v3.1. Still not consistent.

Trained for 30 epochs on [209 fan arts](https://huggingface.co/datasets/gustproof/sd-data/blob/main/varisa_fanart_512.zip)

Two versions are available: rank 1 and rank 4. The performance is similar.

Testing models requires effort. If there are other characters whose likeness you find that the character packs can't capture well, please leave a comment.
