Medical conversationalist for COM3025.

microsoft/BioGPT-Large fine-tuned on the dataset found at Malikeh1375/medical-question-answering-datasets/chatdoctor_icliniq.

## Uses

from transformers import AutoModelForCausalLM, AutoTokenizer

tokenizer = AutoTokenizer.from_pretrained("microsoft/BioGPT-Large")

model = AutoModelForCausalLM.from_pretrained('ali-shihab/com3025_biogpt_med_conversationalist')

Then fine-tune/train as necessary. 

Inference code provided in jupyter notebook uploaded to SurreyLearn. Replace prompt with your own & run cell to test.
