   a. Pornographic, sexually explicit, or Not Safe For Work (NSFW) material.
   b. Content that advocates violence, promotes hate speech, or discriminates against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
   c. Derogatory remarks, insults, or disrespectful depictions of religions, religious figures, or religious beliefs.
   d. Content that contravenes applicable laws or regulations, including but not limited to statutes concerning defamation, harassment, or discrimination.

2. Compliance: By accessing or utilizing the XT-AURORA model, you expressly agree to adhere to the content restrictions delineated in section 1. This agreement applies to you and any entity, including but not limited to companies and individuals, that modifies or distributes the XT-AURORA model, regardless of whether such modifications or distributions are conducted by XeTute, another company, or an individual. You acknowledge that any violation of these provisions may result in the termination of your license and could expose you to legal consequences.

3. Liability Disclaimer: The developers and contributors of the XT-AURORA model, including but not limited to those associated with TinyLlama-1.1B, shall bear no liability for any misuse or unauthorized usage of the model. You expressly acknowledge and agree that the responsibility for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations rests solely with you, the user.

4. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developers and contributors of the XT-AURORA model, including those associated with TinyLlama-1.1B, from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the model, including any breaches of the content restrictions outlined herein.

5. Commercial Use and Attribution: If you use the XT-AURORA model for commercial purposes, you must prominently mention that the model is developed by XeTute. Failure to provide proper attribution may result in legal action.

6. No Endorsement: The delineation of specific content restrictions in this license does not constitute an endorsement of any particular ideology, viewpoint, or belief system. The primary objective is to promote responsible and respectful utilization of the model.

This license is subject to the terms and conditions of the Apache License 2.0, under which the original TinyLlama-1.1B model was licensed.
