Repeating phrases

Hi!
Just a quick feedback. The model get's stuck in repeating phrases over and over again. I am not sure what is borked, but it seems that it's acting very schizo on phrase repeat.
EDIT: Editing this for clarification:
All samplers are neutral, except for temp 1 and min-p is 0.05. The model goes into a frenzy of repeats at message 3:
"Oh, I just started making tacos, since I kind of like Mexican food." She said, as she mixed in the spices. "I like tacos more than other types of food." She said, smiling to herself. "I like tacos more than different mexican type of foods." She said. "I like tacos like I like white bread." She added, mixing some more. "I like tacos and white bread since they are foods."
You see where the issue is?
