This document includes notices for the Tongyi Qianwen model ("Qwen/Qwen1.5-7B-Chat") which is distributed under the terms of the Tongyi Qianwen LICENSE AGREEMENT.

2. License Agreement
This distribution of the Model is subject to the terms of the Tongyi Qianwen LICENSE AGREEMENT provided by Alibaba Cloud. A copy of this agreement accompanies this distribution in the LICENSE file.

3. Modifications
The Model has been modified from its original version by Dr. Nicefellow. The modifications include:
- Quantization of the Model using exllamav2 to achieve an efficiency of 4.0 bits per weight (bpw). 

4. Attribution
This NOTICE file must be included in all copies or substantial portions of the Model, with or without modification.
